Mounts
Mounts give a Roblox project more than one dependency folder, each with its own dependency list, all in one forest.json and one lockfile. The common uses are server-only packages that shouldn’t replicate to clients, and test frameworks that shouldn’t ship in your game.
$forest mount create <path>forest mount create ServerPackages
forest i my-studio/anticheat --mount ServerPackagesMap the new folder wherever it belongs in the datamodel (for example ServerScriptService.ServerPackages through Rojo) and require from it like any other package. Each mount resolves and installs on its own, overrides and exclusions apply to all of them, and only the default mount (the top-level dependencies) is published.
Coming from Wally: forest init turns a wally.toml’s [server-dependencies] and [dev-dependencies] into ServerPackages and DevPackages mounts, the same folders Wally used.
